Do you accept my insurance?

  • We are in-network with the vast majority of health insurers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, UMR, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Iowa Total Care, Molina, Wellpoint, and many more. If you are curious if we accept your insurance please give us a call and we’d be happy to help.

What if I don’t have health insurance?

  • We do offer competitive out-of-pocket rates for New Patient Visits, as well as regular adjustments.

Can I use my HSA/Flex Spending?

  • Yes! Chiropractic care is HSA and Flex Spending eligible.

What does the first visit consist of?

  • If you are a new patient with an active complaint the typical visit will start with a consultation. If the area of concern is something Dr. Lindstrom feels he can help with he will conduct a thorough exam, if x-rays are needed we can take those on site as well. After those steps, if Dr. Lindstrom feels it is safe we will deliver treatment that day as well. 

What type of adjustments do you provide?

  • We offer multiple techniques and therapies and choose to use what works best for each patient. We offer manual spinal adjustments, which you may feel the “pop” or “crack” with. In addition to manual adjustments, we offer different more gentle adjustments for those who may not like the standard adjustment. We get great results with all of our techniques, so ultimately we will use the technique that is best for you!
